Sound Therapy Lets not forget what we hear and how powerful this sense is! Although there are some skilled sound therapists there are some simple tools that can be used to create Pink sound. Often, other noise colors are lumped under the “white noise” umbrella, because it’s a common term people understand, but the distinctions are important. Understanding what noise colors are helps you understand what color of noise is best for you.
